Ideal for families, you'll enjoy a relaxing stay with its private pool and mountain views. The property is equipped with fibre optic cable and boasts excellent facilities and comforts that will make you feel right at home. Direct access to a fitness trail is just 400 m away on foot. All shops are 350 m away on foot. (supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, etc.)
The single-storey villa is set in 2000 m² of enclosed grounds. Private swimming pool (8m x 4m - max depth 1.8m - covered), outdoor shower. Large garden, terrace with awning, deckchairs and garden furniture. Barbecue and gas plancha. Table tennis and trampoline. Parking for 3 cars.
