This is the hotel restaurant of Le Mas de Pierre is run by Michel Rostang and Emmanuel Lehrer who present a delicious combination of renowned regional specialities such as terrines, fish dishes and the famous aïoli.

Complementing these flavours of the south, the two chefs offer a daily selection of dishes which change in line with the seasonal produce.

In summer-time, the Bistro opens its service onto the poolside, with tables in the grass under the refreshing shade of the plane trees.

Open every day from 12:30 to 14:30 & 19:30 to 21:30. The restaurant is closed from end of December to mid-February.
