Nice Diving unveils to its clients the underwater marvels of the Mediterranean ocean along the shores of the Cote d'Azur.

Headquartered on one of the quays in the harbour of Nice, this diving centre explores more than 30 diving site, offering first dive experiences, exploration dives and courses for all levels (PADI, FESSM, ANMP).

Theme trips (both by day and by night) are a highlight of the range of services the company welcomes its clients with. You can enjoy a day out with two dives and a picnic lunch or a special dive with BBQ. Reservations are essential for all dives. They operate daily from March until September.

Whichever excursion you choose, you will be closer to discovering the many secrets of the underwater world.

During the winter, they sail once a day at 10:00 to take advantage of the warmest hours. In summer, they sail twice a day, once in the morning at 9:30, and once in the afternoon at 15:00. Night dives are also offered on Thursdays.

For first time divers, there are a choice of outings, including one recommended for children under the age of 12 years. Reservations are obligatory.

The "Corto", originating in Séte and dating back to 1955 was transported here by sea. After an extensive facelift, the newly named "Corto" can accommodate up to 16 divers. Today, it is moored on the dock of the old port of Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat. For your comfort, you will find on board a hot shower, a winter rain awning, a refrigerator, and oxygenotherapic material.

Private VIP diving is also available.

3. Club Sous l'Eau Diving School, Saint Raphael

Discover more than 30 dive sites with the help of this diving school, located on the Port Santa Lucia in St Raphael.

They can accommodate up to 60 divers at any one time, split between 2 boats. Group bookings are possible and welcomed, plus this company can help arranging accommodation. They also do children's lessons (starting from 8 years of age) They cover most types of diving certificate training including FFESSM and PADI.

Open all year round. In winter from 15th November until 1st of April, they will operate by appointment and during the summer months there are 2 dives a day, night dives, BBQ's, fireworks and many more events.

4. Le Poseidon Diving School

Located in the harbour of Nice this diving school enables beginners, intermediates and confirmed divers to explore 25 diving sites.

They also offer diving lessons and PADI courses, including professional level. Each dive takes approximately 3 hours and reservations are mandatory.

A medical certificate is required to dive and should have been done within the last 12 months. Unless this is your fist dive and then you just need to be a minimum of 8 years of age.

Open every day from May to October. Closed on Sunday afternoons.
