Exit at Sortie 50 (Nice centre) and follow la Promenade des Anglais around the coast until you reach le Port. Take the Basse Corniche (signposted Villefranche, Beaulieu, Monaco) and continue through Villefranche, keeping to the Basse Corniche. As you round the bay, look out for la Residence de l’Ange Gardien (an arched gateway on the right immediately after the sign announcing Pont St Jean-Villefranche sur Mer) and drive through the arch. Continue past the large pink building (Pierres et Vacances) and you will find the Hôtel Patricia at the far end of the lane.

Hotel Patricia is 10-15 minutes’walk from la gare de Beaulieu. Alight at Beaulieu sur Mer and walk up hill directly opposite the station entrance. At the first crossroads turn left, joining the main road out of the town until you reach the intersection at the railway bridge in Pont St Jean. Keeping the railway on your left, you will see a narrow lane on your left (a short distance before the Total station) which leads to he Hôtel Patricia.

From the airport, take shuttle 98 and get off at bus stop SEGURANE. Then take bus 100 or 81 and get off at the PONT SAINT JEAN stop. You will see a small street on your right as you get off the bus. The hotel is just 300 metres below.
