Just outside historic Vence and a short distance from magnificent Saint Paul de Vence, this beautiful and contemporary house on a generous private plot is very quietly located for exploring all the delights of this beautiful corner of the French Riviera. The villa is located in a beautiful natural setting with views of the mountains.
The interior of this villa is very comfortable - the living room is a large open space with direct access to the garden through the French doors. Next to this is the master bedroom with private bathroom which also has French doors to the garden. As an extension of the living room you will find the dining room with access to the terrace where you can dine or enjoy your morning coffee in the sun. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and from here you reach the lounge room with television with access to Netflix. On the first floor you will also find two bedrooms and a bathroom. Upstairs, Villa Aurelia has two more bedrooms and one more bathroom as well as plenty of closet space.
You can relax in the spacious garden with Mediterranean plants such as olive trees and the large terrace with sun loungers by the large private pool further down the garden. Here you will also find a pool house with lounge set, barbecue and special pizza oven. The fine summer kitchen is great for preparing barbecues, preferably with products available in the local markets. Your view of the mountains from here is truly magnificent.
This villa is very suitable for couples traveling together, a small group of friends or a family with children looking for peace, space and style in beautiful surroundings.
Restaurants and supermarkets can be found in Vence. Go further inland to natural rock pools and waterfalls in the rugged interior and explore the sights and smells of Grasse, the perfume capital of the world. You will also find several beautiful golf courses in this area and, of course, the gracious French Riviera with the glamour of fashionable Cannes to the beautiful beaches around Juan-Les-Pins and Antibes is within about a 30-minute drive. Water sports, boating and hiking trails abound along the amazing coastline.
