This fantastic restaurant is run by one of the region's top chefs, Keisuke Matsushima, who travelled to France aged 20 and worked in many top kitchens as he learned the trade.
He opened this restaurant in 2006. The food is fine French with international influences and the atmosphere is cool and chic.
Open Monday to Saturday from 12:00-14:00 & 19:30-22:00.
An eat-in or take-out restaurant serving a wide choice of vegan snacks, meals and desserts.
This small but busy vegan restaurant has a terrace overlooking the beach and a small number of inside tables.
As well as serving food to eat in or take away, they also have a small shop serving speciality food items.
Lunch: Tuesday - Sunday, 12:00-14:30 and Dinner: Wednesday, Friday and Saturday, 19:00-21:00.
From March until the end of October the restaurant proposes refined Mediterranean cooking, with Niçois dishes like the pissaladière (onion pizza) and also delicious Asian dishes, from Thai to Chinese and Japanese favourites, as well as some Italian delicacies.
Every day there is a new dish created by the chef with fresh products from the market. Soups, sandwiches, healthy smoothies and bowls and delicious falafel are also available.

The heart of Vieux Nice may not be the most likely neighbourhood for a sushi restaurant but this popular place is open for lunch and dinner all year round.
Located on one of the narrower streets of the old town, this sushi restaurant only has a few tables outside and a small inside dining room but they are always busy. The service is usually prompt and friendly, and they have specially priced menus that are very good value.
You can also order sushi to takeaway and they deliver using Deliveroo and Uber Eats.
