The Bellet wine "Collet de Bovis" is made at Domaine du Fogolar, which sits alongside an ancient Roman road.
It is the southernmost of the vineyards in the appellation and enjoys a particularly favourably wind system.
The estate overlooks the Var valley to the west and the sea to the south.
