14km trail running race from sea to mountains
A short but steep little trot around the mountains near Menton and Monaco.
Starting at the old port of Menton, this race scoots along the coastline to climb sharply up to Super Garavan. Although the highest point of the race is not even 300m, the route undulates sufficiently to rack up 869m of positive elevation gain.
The race starts at 09:30, starting and finishing at Stade Rondelli on the Menton seafront. The course is a 14km circuit that heads along the Promenade de la Mer and then climbs up Route de Super Garavan to the highest point, coming back down to meet the promenade via Route de Castellar.

The event is open to anyone born after 1999.
Rules
Participants can register in advance by calling +33(0)492 10 50 48 or via the Menton tourist office website. You can also register on the day of the race at the Stade Rondelli from 08:00-09:15; all runners must provide a valid medical certificate. Runners aged under 18 must have parental permission to take part.
