Run by Chef Willy Berton and his wife Camille, who are both vegan, this restaurant offers up delicious dishes without using any animal products (meat, fish, dairy products, eggs and honey).
All the produce is local in origin, with the fruits and vegetables coming from Grasse and the surrounding area, the bread from an organic bakery and combining in a simple and refined cuisine.
The menu changes every week, allowing you to discover new flavours and dishes.
