Oldest restaurant in Vence offering creative traditional French cuisine
This is the oldest hotel and restaurant in Vence and has been a family business since 1916.
It is located in a 15th-century coaching inn, in a wing of the Villeneuve castle. The restaurant has an inventive seasonal cuisine and the stars of the show are the meat dishes cooked on wood fires in the huge fireplace.
