The Stade de Nice saw some fantastic football on Friday night as Spain, the hot favourites in the EURO 2016, took on Turkey and came away with a 3-0 victory.

In scoring twice against Turkey, Alvaro Morata really stands out in this tournament, and along with Andres Iniesta, they are looking like an unstoppable force.

Vicente del Bosque, manager of the Spanish national team, “We have had our first objective completed to qualify for the next round, we did it with a good performance, controlling the game for 90 minutes and scoring goals which we haven’t done recently, so it was perfect,” he said. “We are on a good path but we haven’t won anything. This is just the group stage and there is still a long way to go."

With Sweden meeting Belgium in Stade de Nice on Wednesday 22nd June, we are in for another great match and some of the best football of the EURO 2016 tournament.
