The cooking classes at the Bastide Valmasque B&B will give you a good experience of Provencal style cooking, from visiting the market int he morning to creating your own menu, and finally enjoying a meal together with some wine.
The classes take place in the bright and spacious kitchen of the B&B Bastide Valmasque, in Biot from 09:00 to 15:00, a duration of 5 hours. This includes a visit and shop for local seasonal products in an open-air Provencal market. Preparing and cooking a complete meal from Provence, setting the table and sharing and enjoying a lunch together.
Accommodation is available at the Bastide Valmasque B&B.
