The Roux family and their loyal team have been serving outstanding Provençal cuisine here for years, creating dishes that reflect the flavours of the region with care and creativity. Open daily for lunch and dinner, this is a place where fine food and timeless art come together beautifully.

Tucked away in the heart of the Domaine du Mas de Pierre, La Table de Pierre blends gastronomic excellence with the soul of Provence. Chef Emmanuel Lehrer draws on the region’s rich seasonal produce – much of it grown in the estate’s own vegetable garden – to create elegant, flavourful dishes that celebrate nature’s rhythm.

The warm, contemporary dining room opens onto the gardens and features a show kitchen, inviting you to experience the artistry behind each plate. Rich hues of pink and violet set a refined, intimate mood – perfect for a special evening or a memorable culinary experience in the Provençal countryside.

Featuring a panoramic terrace, this gourmet restaurant invites each guest to enjoy an amazing meal. Characterised by the marriage of spectacular views towards the Mediterranean coast and refined gastronomic creations, Le Saint-Martin offers an unforgettable experience.

Drawing inspiration from regional and seasonal products, chef Jean-Luc Lefrançois combines every dish with a specific flavour. The sommelier, Géraud Tournier, selects and offers among the best vintages of his cellar. Finally, the talented pastry chef Eve Moncorger offers delicious desserts for both the palate and the eyes.

Breakfast: 7:30am-10:30, Lunch: 12:00-14:00 (when L'Oliveraie is not open), Dinner: 19:30-22:00.

The chef, Stéphane Marie, prepares a cuisine made with seasonal produce, blending regional products with exotic ingredients, accompanied by your choice from the restaurant's personally selected wine list.

If you're looking for something earlier in the day, their tea salon offers light meals and snacks.

Open every day for lunch (12:00 to 15:00) and dinner (19:30 to 22:00). The tea room is open from 15:00 to 18:00.

Specialities include Provençal mushrooms stew with Piemont nuts and coffee, Braised beed with wild mushrooms and Poached spiced pear with chocolate mousse. Their carefully selected wine list mixes small and unknown vineyards with famous châteaus, all of exceptional quality.

Open from Wednesday to Sunday for lunch and dinner.

It is located in a 15th-century coaching inn, in a wing of the Villeneuve castle. The restaurant has an inventive seasonal cuisine and the stars of the show are the meat dishes cooked on wood fires in the huge fireplace.
