Paddleboarding along the coast is a fun for the whole family!
This is done at sea on a large paddle board. In a standing position, you advance with a large paddle. It takes an hour of practice and the benefits are immense for your core. You will receive an hour of initiation and an hour to explore on your own.
All equipment is provided.
Fly at 50 metres above the sea by yourself or with friends security attached, enjoy a spectacular view of the gorgeous Baie des Anges, mountains and surroundings.

Open every day from May to September, from 8:00 to 19:00 non stop. Book for your preferred day and then simply arrange the flight time with the skipper depending on the availability on the day.
This activity takes place in dinghies for between 4 and 8 people. The experience takes approximately half a day with two hours on the water, and multiple descents are possible. Depending on your level of experience, their guides can take you on rivers graded between I and IV.
Rafting trips are also available to children over 7 years old and they run a special 'Birthday Descent' for children between 7 and 12 years.
