Laurent Paccini is the chef at this Relais & Châteaux hotel and brings the food of different cultures to his excellent Mediterranean restaurant in Saint-Paul de Vence.

The restaurant has three rooms with vaulted ceilings and trompe-l'oeil frescoes and they have a lovely terrace and flower garden protected by the ramparts.

Open every day from 12:00 to 14:00 & 19:30 to 22:00. Closed from November to March.

Chef Emmanuel Lehrer draws on the region’s rich seasonal produce – much of it grown in the estate’s own vegetable garden – to create elegant, flavourful dishes that celebrate nature’s rhythm.

The warm, contemporary dining room opens onto the gardens and features a show kitchen, inviting you to experience the artistry behind each plate. Rich hues of pink and violet set a refined, intimate mood – perfect for a special evening or a memorable culinary experience in the Provençal countryside.

Gourmet restaurant of the Saint-Martin Spa & Chateau hotel to the north of Vence.

Featuring a panoramic terrace, this gourmet restaurant invites each guest to enjoy an amazing meal. Characterised by the marriage of spectacular views towards the Mediterranean coast and refined gastronomic creations, Le Saint-Martin offers an unforgettable experience.

Drawing inspiration from regional and seasonal products, chef Jean-Luc Lefrançois combines every dish with a specific flavour. The sommelier, Géraud Tournier, selects and offers among the best vintages of his cellar. Finally, the talented pastry chef Eve Moncorger offers delicious desserts for both the palate and the eyes.

Open daily from 22 April - 14 October.

Breakfast: 7:30am-10:30, Lunch: 12:00-14:00 (when L'Oliveraie is not open), Dinner: 19:30-22:00.

This restaurant serves authentic flavours of the south, pizzas and fresh pastas as well as some interesting specialities.

This small gourmet restaurant is located in the heart of a beautiful medieval town. Using organic and local produce, chef Julien Bousseau creates incredible dishes combining traditional French ingredients with exotic touches, picked up during his trips.

Specialities include Provençal mushrooms stew with Piemont nuts and coffee, Braised beed with wild mushrooms and Poached spiced pear with chocolate mousse. Their carefully selected wine list mixes small and unknown vineyards with famous châteaus, all of exceptional quality.

Open from Wednesday to Sunday for lunch and dinner.

Christophe Dufau opened his Vence restaurant in 2008 and topped the list of places to eat for creative cuisine. The restaurant has one Michelin star.

The gourmet menu changes every week and according to the season. It is decorated by works of art personally chosen by the chef to create just the right atmosphere. There is also a lovely garden, filled with artistic touches.
